1930   Ordered by LMS as one of 6 new cranes - from 3 different suppliers.

1931   Delivered and posted to Kentish Town, numbered "MP3"

1939   Rating upgraded to 40 ton capacity  (no modifications being necessary)

1939   Reallocated to Leeds Holbeck.

1941   Renumbered RS1004/40


BR

1954   Holbeck assigned to North Eastern Region, crane renumbered 331159.

                                                                 Only the final digits “159” were used

1967   North Eastern Region absorbed into Eastern Region, crane renumbered DE331159.

1974   Renumbered ADRR95207, but never carried.

1978   Reallocated to Doncaster,  stored as spare.

1979   Withdrawn from service but maintained as standby for unreliable diesel cranes

1982   Sold to Wath Skip Hire of Bolton-on-Dearne.  Sold on to Nene Valley Railway.

2000-3 Overhaul.

Boiler reshelled and retubed.

Crane repainted ‘Post Office Red’

2008-10 General Overhaul.

Carriage Axleboxes refurbished.

Water tank repaired.

Tail bogie overhauled - Corrosion in beam replaced.

Crane repainted ‘Poppy Red’

2014 Tail bogie breaks 2 axleboxes during derailment in Wansford Yard

2015 Boiler retubed
